fastest web browser

Which is the fastest web browser had used only Netscape and internet explorer. I feel Netscape was better in those two. But recently Google also created a new browser called Google chrome. Mozilla Firefox, safari, opera are also in the competition. So it is needed to find the better one. I personally think that Google chrome will be a good one. So happy browsing to all of you.
