Eight Ways To Increase your Energy Level

Day in and day out I hear the same complaints from the same people. I hear how tired they are, how stressed they are, etc. A week will go by and those same exact complaints will be repeated, by those same people. Complaining is natural and we all do it. The key is to correct the situation versus standing idle and accepting it.

One of the more common complaints generally comes right after lunch. Yes, we're talking about the afternoon slump that occurs because something has sucked out every bit of energy you had. This lunch coma can be a huge show-stopper for some.

However, the good news is, you don't have to feel like that every day. There are countless ways to raise your energy levels quite naturally and intentionally.

• Sleep enough
Duh! You might not think of the obvious cause, but if you consistently feel tired in the afternoon and lack energy, it could be due to lack of sleep. Often a small adjustment of your sleeping habits can already do wonders for your energy levels. Experiment and find out what your optimal sleep levels are.

• Get juiced up
Instead of eating a massive, greasy breakfast, try something quick and healthy. How about some fruit and vegetable juice instead? Not only will you get heaps of vitamins, minerals and fiber, but fresh juice will put vitality back into your life for sure.

A heavy breakfast takes far too long to digest, while a juice is light and preserves your energy.

• Curb your caffeine addiction
If you are a serious coffee addict you might not be happy about this suggestion. I wasn't either 20 years ago. Back then I used to survive on about 7 cups of coffee a day and eventually my addiction became so bad that I started to experience nervous heart flutters in the afternoon.

As a result, I did the radical and cut coffee from my diet for a while. I have to say it did work wonders for my energy levels and my nervous system. Today, I'm a coffee lover instead, meaning I have to have one good brewed coffee a day to get my fix.

• Walk this way
A quick 10-minute walk can do wonders for a sluggish metabolism. The combination of fresh air and exercise is ideal to get your heart pumping while the blood rushes to your brain, energizing those wary brain cells.

• Say no to sugar and carbohydrates
These are the devils of modern fast food. Even worse, they get us addicted to all the crappy low fat produce on the supermarket shelves. Natural sugar as it is contained in fruit is so much better for you, but even so, everything should be in balance.

Biscuits, cakes, most cereal, lollies and other high carb snacks should be banned from your household. Not only will you feel better by cutting out those fake foods, but your waste line will also thank you for it.

• Yoga or stretching
I love to stretch. That is probably one reason why I love yoga so much. When we stretch and release our muscles, we allow the blood to flow unhindered through the body, allowing us to energize within minutes.

A great way to refresh your energy levels in the afternoon is to do a 10-minute stretching session. Stretch your legs, toes, torso, arms, hands, shoulders and neck with gentle movements.

• Deep breathing exercise
Another great way to re-energize your body is with a quick deep breathing exercise. Sit on a chair with a straight back and breathe deeply while you focus on your breath going in – going out. At the same time use a powerful affirmation to invigorate your mind and body.

I like this one because you can do this at work without being caught by your fellow workers.

• Essential water
Since humans are made up of around 70 percent water, we need water to keep our life sustained. If you feel sluggish, the first thing you should look for is dehydration. Our brain can only function at optimum levels with enough hydration and when there is lack of water, the first signs of warning from the body is often tiredness, as it tries to preserve our vital energies.

Conventional suggestions tell us to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, but this has been the cause for many discussions, because people who live in a hot climate need a lot more water than those who live in colder regions. Remember the golden rule on this, if you are thirsty, drink water.

Repeating the same behaviors everyday but expecting a different result is a fool's game. If you get tired every day, shake things up a little!

broadband hack for bsnl

Disclaimer : The information provided below is for educational purpose only. The author is not responsible for any misuse of the information and discourages any illegal use of it.

Bsnl DataOne Broadband continues to grow as one the most popular broadband services in India with high speed facilities of upto 2 mpbs. But a large number of users of this service are vulnerable to hacker attacks because discovering and hacking the vulnerable victims of this network is shockingly simple. If you are a Bsnl Broadband user then immediately assess the security of your internet connection and take appropriate steps to secure yourself.

First lets see how simple it is to hack bsnl dataone broadband usernames and passwords. For this you shall need a ipscanner tool called Angry IP Scanner http://www.angryziber.com/ipscan/ or anything similar.

Ok so lets begin... Get your IP from :
www.ipmango.com

Step 1 : Start Angry IP scanner and goto options > ports. Type in 80 in the first ports textbox and click ok.
Then goto options > options ; in the display section select "only open ports" and click ok&save.

Now on the main screen put in the ip scan range as something 59.*.0.0 - 59.*.255.255 (for e.g. 59.95.2.3) and click the start button. And the list that shall follow next are the victims. In this example we choose the range 59.95.0.0 - 59.95.255.255. You will be surprised at the number of victims you discover.

Step 2 : Pick the ip-address of any of them and open up your browser and type in http://59.*.*.* (the * should be replaced by the values from the ip you are using. A box will popup asking for username and password. Enter the username : admin and password : admin .There is a high chance that you will be able to login with that username and password.
admin-admin is the default username and password that is set while manufacturing the adsl modem devices.

What follows next is the modem administration panel.
Simply search for the "WAN" option and click it. On the next page you will find the username and password of that user. now right-click on the page and click view source. in Mozilla/Opera This frame -> view frame source

Now in the source code search for this : INPUT TYPE="PASSWORD"

and the value field of this input element will have the password

if its not there as in case of D-Link DSL 502T ADSL Routers the search for this

input type="hidden" name="connection0:pppoe:settings/password" value="password" id="uiPostPppoePassword"

and the value field will have the password
Well each steps take less than 1 minute so getting username passwords wont take even 2 minutes and is easier than sending a mail.

And this exposes the weak security of bsnl broadband users.

Well this is not a weakness but more of a mis-configuration which leads to insecurity. If you understand networking then you would probably realise that it was merely logging into the remote administration service of the modem and nothing else. This was not really hacking but a simple search of victims who are absolutely ignorant of their weak security on the internet.

Most routers have an option where remote management can be disabled. In other words, you can only connect to the configuration interface from the internal network, not the WAN(Internet) side. You would definitely want to make sure remote management is not active to protect yourself.

Note : On SmartAX MT880 eventhough Remote Management is disabled , it permits remote logins from over the Internet. So change your mode administration passwords immediately.

The problem is that the professionals at Bsnl are ignorant of such simplicity of networking and unable to advise the users or guide them to take proper security measures leaving their customers and themselves absolutely unsecure.

Now lets check a few more options related to this issue. A bsnl broadband modem can be used in two modes. RFC Bridged mode and pppoe mode.

In the RFC Bridged mode the device behaves like a modem device that is attached to your computer and you use some dialup software to dial into the isp through this modem. This is PPPOE from the PC and the adsl device is a good modem. This mode is safer as the username password are on your pc and nothing is on the modem.

In the PPPOE mode the adsl device becomes a router - a distinct network device with many features enabled. In this mode the username password is stored in the modem which will dial to the isp and establish the internet connectivity. The computers will just connect to this router who would be their primary gateway. Now this is the mode where the risk exists.

If remote administration is enabled the remote users from the internet can login to this modems administration panel. Now the main problem is the default admin username-password which most users dont change due to ignorance. "admin-admin" is pair that works in most cases giving you full access to the modems internals. What follows next is simple as drinking a glass of orange juice.

Many users install firewalls and think they are safe, but they fail to understand that the firewall protects their PC not the "router" since the topology is like

(PC) -> router -> internet

So how should you secure yourself ?

1. Use RFC Bridged mode if it is sufficient for you.

2. Change the default admin password of your modem.

3. Disable wan ping reply . ( this will prevent the hackers from directly discovering your pc when it is on the internet)

4. Disable remote configuration feature.

5. Check your broadband usage on a regular basis and compare it with your own surfing schedules to check whether someone else has used it or not. If suspiscious usage is indicated then immediately change your bband password as well. Or a better suggestion would be to change broadband passwords on a regular basis.

Try to spread the security awareness to your friends and other relatives who are using Bsnl broadband and encourage them to secure their internet connectivity.

Which is the fastest web browser had used only Netscape and internet explorer. I feel Netscape was better in those two. But recently Google also created a new browser called Google chrome. Mozilla Firefox, safari, opera are also in the competition. So it is needed to find the better one. I personally think that Google chrome will be a good one. So happy browsing to all of you. The need for a fastest browser is very relevant because it can save a lot of time for us .comment your opinions about the new browsers here. You can correct me if necessary. So feel free to inform me about anything you know. Thanks for reading this topic. Take care all of you friends

which engineering trade is better

Which engineering trade is better is a question to all to be chosen. All the fields have their own plus points and negative .for me it is best to choose electronics and electrical, since it cover all the fields in both electronics and electrical. But the trend now is to choose electronics and communication. This will results in an increase number of engineers in India and that will definitely help the country. Looking bright is India’s future thanks for reading. Anyway all the branches are good. The only thing that matters was to choose the field you like the best .Then all the other things will follow us. Wishing all of you good luck for the future. Ok see you, I had done my best to correct the grammar. If it again contains mistakes kindly forgive.

I am really exited!!!

Chinese E phones in the market

Now there are more Chinese phones than the company phones in the Indian market. They are cheap phones than the original phones. They have no guaranty but have service centers. So the consumers are looking for them. Moreover they more functions in them so they will surely challenge the original phones .they have to do something soon in the Indian market .I will also soon buy one .because they are very cheap (600$ for the original and 100$ the same Chinese phone).yes they are so cheaper than you imagine, don’t know how they manage to sell in such a low price. May be reduced tax will be the factor. Anyhow mobile companies have to check out them legally or financially. So far the phones are selling in the open market with no opposition from the government. Chinese phones even take a similar name to the originals .for e.g.: {nokia 96 is named by them as noikia 96}.very interesting right. I am waiting for some more months to observe this flow. cricket a brief history

Do you know about the game cricket? No need for the question if you are living in India .cricket is the soul of India .here no other sports have effect on people like cricket. From child to grandfathers’ enjoy the cricket. India has a lot of talented cricketers also. The most talented cricketer in India or may be in the world may be Sachin Tendulakar.i think the sports of India should be changed into cricket .one of the reason for the popularity is the fact that it is the only sports in which India has dominance. It had won the world title two times (including 20-20).football is not popular here because of the lack of good footballers. If we have a good caliber in football the things will surely change. I also like cricket but the cricket should be included in the Olympics so that India have chance to win some more medals. At this occasion I like to congratulate all the Olympians who won the medals for India. Thanks for reading
